Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter. Your stories remain accessible on the Free plan (subject to Free-tier limits).
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a Pro charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period, no questions asked. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged in error or charged twice, email us with your payment reference and we will reverse the erroneous charge promptly.
