This policy explains what Plot Forge collects and why. We aim to collect as little as possible and handle it in line with India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles.

What we collect

Account data: your email address. Content: the premises and stories you create, stored so you can return to them. Usage events:anonymous, aggregated events (e.g. "story generated") to understand product usage.

What we do not collect

We do not sell your data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not require a password. Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay/Stripe — we never see your card number.

AI processing

Story generation runs on our own servers. If LLM enrichment is enabled, your premise and draft passages may be sent to a model provider via a zero-retention gateway solely to improve prose.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your stories from our database.

Data retention & security

Data is stored on our managed servers with daily backups. We retain content while your account is active and remove it on deletion request.
